  • Five Four Farms Return Policy

    At Five Four Farms, we value our customers and stand behind the quality of the plants we grow and sell.

    We offer a one-time replacement of the same plant, or a plant of equal value, for any plant that does not survive within 45 days of purchase. If a replacement plant is not available, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

    To qualify for a replacement or store credit, customers must:

    • Return the plant within 45 days of the purchase date.
• Present the original purchase receipt.
• Return the plant for evaluation.

    Please note that cut flower sales are final and are not eligible for replacement, exchange, or store credit.
